To offer you fully customised switchboards and cabinets, we have invested in a latest-generation machining centre. This fully automated tool can quickly drill and tap all kinds of models. It is located on our premises, which provides unrivalled speed of service, from 3D modelling to production, whether for a specific request or for small and medium production runs. This equipment is perfectly suited to machining stainless steel, steel and PVC.
Switchboards, control cabinets and enclosures for industry
As a switchboard builder based in Andenne, eBolt designs and manufactures in its own workshops all the electrical equipment for your site, from the main low-voltage switchboard to the control enclosure, for industry, food processing, logistics and the commercial sector in Wallonia and throughout Belgium.
- Switchboard – Main low-voltage switchboards (MLVS), sub-distribution boards and distribution boards, compliant with IEC 61439 and the Belgian RGIE/AREI regulations, with test report and torque-tightening report.
- Electrical cabinet – Tailor-made power and control cabinets in steel, stainless steel or PVC, machined on our Perforex centre and modelled in 3D in EPLAN Pro Panel, for machines, production lines and technical installations.
- Electrical enclosure – Control, distribution and junction enclosures, for wall mounting or on-machine installation, with complete wire marking and as-built diagrams.
- Grid decoupling cabinet – Decoupling cabinets and enclosures for photovoltaic installations, battery storage and combined heat and power, compliant with Synergrid requirements, with decoupling protection, metering and interface to the grid operator.
- Pneumatic enclosure – Pneumatic enclosures and cabinets for controlling cylinders and actuators: valve terminals, air treatment, connection and integration with the machine’s automation system.
Every project is engineered by our design office, wired and tested in our workshop, then installed and commissioned on site by our industrial electricians.
Calculation notes
When it comes to electricity, reliability is the watchword. That is why our engineering office supports you in all decisions: Elecalc, cable sizing and validation of protection choices. Our calculation notes follow the Belgian RGIE/AREI regulations. But we can also provide notes that comply with international standards such as VDE, NEN, etc.
EPLAN Pro Panel electrical drawings
To model our cabinets and enclosures in 3D, we use EPLAN Pro Panel software. If your drawings are in EPLAN format, we can therefore integrate them into our system. And if you do not have drawings, eBolt will be happy to assist you. We can carry out the complete study of your project, from the first idea to the as-built drawings. You are of course involved throughout the process and can check the progress of production at any time.
Wiring
When it comes to wiring too, we believe it is essential to offer our customers the very best. We work with leading brands such as Lapp, Eupen and Elucable. To facilitate maintenance, our wires are also systematically marked every 10 cm by an automated process.
Copper work and MLVS busbars
As the entry point of your electrical installations, the main low-voltage switchboard is of course critical for your industry. And main switchboards are one of eBolt’s specialities. We form the copper ourselves, which allows us to offer fully customised solutions. Our main switchboards can also integrate metering and reporting capabilities.
