Thanks to this modelling, we can automate the production of our electrical enclosures and cabinets using our Perforex CNC machine. This machine offers unprecedented precision and efficiency, performing drilling, milling and tapping operations in a fully automated way.
Automation also extends to the manufacture of wiring and marking. The data from the 3D model is used directly to drive our production equipment, guaranteeing perfect consistency between the designed project and the final product.
In addition, for main switchboard projects involving copper, we harness the benefits of automation with our Boschert machining and punching centre and our Stierli CNC bending machine. These tools allow us to produce custom copper parts with millimetre precision and significant time savings.
In short, our vision of the future is based on an integrated approach that combines 3D modelling and automation to maximise the efficiency and quality of our production. This is how we intend to build the future: automated, precise and efficient production, always in the service of excellence.
