Maximising efficiency and profitability through 3D modelling
Optimising efficiency and profitability in industrial electrical engineering has reached a new level with the use of 3D modelling, in particular thanks to EPLAN Pro Panel.
This innovative tool not only improves the design and implementation of projects, but also facilitates the automation of wiring production, while allowing seamless integration with our Perforex CNC machine.
Thanks to 3D modelling, we can visualise the project in its entirety before implementation, which allows us to anticipate and resolve potential problems, optimise the use of space and minimise assembly errors.
By generating precise, reliable production data, EPLAN Pro Panel ensures accurate wire lengths and marking, while providing a direct interface with our Perforex CNC machine. This synergy makes the production process faster and more precise, minimising errors.
EPLAN Pro Panel is also a collaborative tool, allowing our customers to take an active part throughout the study of their project. Customers can provide their comments and make changes in real time, which improves communication, increases customer satisfaction and ensures more efficient project implementation.

In short, using EPLAN Pro Panel for 3D modelling, combined with the automation of wiring production and integration with our Perforex CNC machine, offers undeniable added value. It optimises our working processes, increases the quality of our work, ensures customer satisfaction and maximises return on investment. The electrical industry thus benefits from a technology that improves profitability while facilitating collaboration.

Building the future: our vision of manufacturing automation
In an industrial era where efficiency, precision and speed are fundamental values, automating manufacturing processes has become self-evident for our company. Our vision of the future is built around this reality, in which automation is the essential driving force of our production.
Understanding the importance of calculation notes in our projects
Calculation notes play a key role in the delivery of our industrial switchboard projects.
They guarantee the safety, efficiency and compliance of our installations. To do this, we use Elec Calc, a robust and reliable tool that helps us perform precise calculations and comply with the standards in force.
Within a project, calculating selectivity and sizing protection devices are key steps. They ensure that each component of the electrical system is adequately protected in the event of a short circuit or overload.
For example, thanks to Elec Calc, we can determine the current value at which a circuit breaker must trip to protect the installation from damage.
Take the case of a typical industrial switchboard project. With Elec Calc, we perform a series of calculations for each part of the circuit. We determine the rated current, short-circuit currents, motor starting currents and many other factors. This information then allows us to correctly size the cables and protection devices, ensuring optimal selectivity.
The importance of calculation notes is not limited to the design phase. They also serve as a reference throughout the life of the installation, facilitating maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting. In addition, they are a guarantee of compliance and may be required during inspections or audits.

In short, calculation notes produced with Elec Calc are the backbone of our industrial switchboard projects. They guarantee a safe, efficient and compliant installation, while enabling precise selectivity and sizing of protection devices. Without them, our work would be neither safe, efficient nor sustainable.

A look at the rigorous testing of our products before delivery
For us, quality is not an option but a fundamental requirement.
A look at the rigorous testing of our products before delivery
For us, quality is not an option but a fundamental requirement.
Before any delivery, our products undergo a series of rigorous tests to guarantee their compliance, reliability and safety. We rely on the dedicated Chauvin Arnoux CA6155 tester, renowned for its accuracy and reliability, to carry out these tests.
Our testing process is based on the IEC 61439 standard, an international reference that defines the performance and safety criteria for low-voltage switchgear assemblies. This standard ensures that our products meet the highest requirements in terms of short-circuit withstand, operation under load, temperature-rise withstand and much more.
Let’s take a concrete example:
Imagine a standard industrial switchboard. Once assembly and wiring are complete, we use the Chauvin Arnoux CA6155 to perform a series of tests. We start with an insulation test, which checks the electrical resistance between the conductive parts and the frame of the assembly. We then carry out a continuity test to make sure that the equipotential bonding and protective circuits are correctly connected.

In addition, we perform a dielectric test, which consists of applying a high voltage between the insulated parts of the circuit to check their resistance to high voltages. Finally, we test the functionality of each component and verify that the switchboard operates as intended.
Each test is documented and a report is provided to our customers, certifying that our products comply with the IEC 61439 standard. Our customers can therefore be certain that our products have been rigorously tested and meet the strictest industry standards. This approach is part of our commitment to offering products of the highest quality, durable and reliable.

The role of VCA certification in safety on our sites
VCA certification plays an essential role in guaranteeing safety on our industrial electrical sites.
This internationally recognised certification is much more than a simple label: it is a genuine working philosophy, focused on risk prevention and control.

Indeed, VCA certification attests to our rigorous commitment to complying with safety, health and environmental standards.
Our teams, all VCA-trained and certified, adopt safe working methods and are prepared to respond effectively to unforeseen situations, thus limiting the risk of accidents on our sites.
To illustrate the value of VCA certification, let’s take the example of an electrical installation project in a chemical plant. Because of the presence of flammable or toxic products, this is a potentially high-risk situation.
During an installation, a chemical leak was detected. Thanks to VCA training, our teams immediately identified the risk, secured the area and implemented the appropriate response plan.
The situation was quickly brought under control, with no injury or further damage.
This concrete case demonstrates how VCA certification contributes to safety and accident prevention on our sites.
In addition, this certification strengthens our credibility with our partners and customers, attesting to our ability to carry out complex industrial projects safely.
In short, VCA certification is the cornerstone of our risk management strategy, and allows us to carry out our activities with the assurance of optimal safety on all our industrial electrical sites.
