For us, quality is not an option but a fundamental requirement.
Before any delivery, our products undergo a series of rigorous tests to guarantee their compliance, reliability and safety. We rely on the dedicated Chauvin Arnoux CA6155 tester, renowned for its accuracy and reliability, to carry out these tests.
Our testing process is based on the IEC 61439 standard, an international reference that defines the performance and safety criteria for low-voltage switchgear assemblies. This standard ensures that our products meet the highest requirements in terms of short-circuit withstand, operation under load, temperature-rise withstand and much more.
Let’s take a concrete example:
Imagine a standard industrial switchboard. Once assembly and wiring are complete, we use the Chauvin Arnoux CA6155 to perform a series of tests. We start with an insulation test, which checks the electrical resistance between the conductive parts and the frame of the assembly. We then carry out a continuity test to make sure that the equipotential bonding and protective circuits are correctly connected.

In addition, we perform a dielectric test, which consists of applying a high voltage between the insulated parts of the circuit to check their resistance to high voltages. Finally, we test the functionality of each component and verify that the switchboard operates as intended.
Each test is documented and a report is provided to our customers, certifying that our products comply with the IEC 61439 standard. Our customers can therefore be certain that our products have been rigorously tested and meet the strictest industry standards. This approach is part of our commitment to offering products of the highest quality, durable and reliable.
